We review concept and detailed designs for buildability, alignment with brand and operator standards, and commercial viability. We interrogate cost plans, value‑engineering proposals, and procurement strategies.
Site & Progress Oversight
We attend key meetings and site visits, monitor progress, and provide independent reporting back to you. Where issues arise, we propose options and facilitate decisions rather than merely flagging problems.
Handover & Performance
We support testing, commissioning, and operator handover, ensuring defects are addressed and completion aligns with your expectations and contractual obligations.
